These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which Ashen Gold provides integrative wellness services. By booking or receiving care, you agree to the policies outlined below.

Ashen Gold services are available to individuals 18 years and older.
We do not provide treatment for minors unless an exception is discussed and approved in advance with parental or legal guardian consent.

Ashen Gold offers concierge wellness care that may include:

• Acupuncture (NYS-licensed)
   
• Craniosacral therapy
   
• Manual therapy
   
• Recovery planning, ritual design, and virtual support
   

All care is delivered by a licensed New York State practitioner and designed to support your body’s natural capacity for healing, regulation, and renewal.

• Sessions are by appointment only and confirmed once accepted by the provider.
   
• Payment is due in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
   
• Membership billing occurs monthly via secure invoice and renews automatically unless canceled in writing with notice.
   

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees.
   
• Appointments canceled after this window may be billed in full.
   
• If the provider is delayed due to client unavailability, a $80 waiting fee per 30 minutes may apply.
   

Certain locations or scheduling requests may incur additional fees:

• Extended Travel (10–25 miles): $50
   
• NYC / Bridge Zone Access: $100
   
• Parking (as needed): $35+
   
• Toll Surcharge: $15
   
• After-Hours Access (before 9am / after 7pm): +50%
   
• Overnight / Emergency Access: +100%
   

Clients may request an in-home table setup which includes organic linens and therapeutic-grade essential oils for an additional $65 concierge setup fee.

The 888 Concierge Membership includes:

• One 4-hour in-home session per month
   
• One complimentary table setup per month
   
• Ritual guidance, member support, and priority booking
   
• Discounted session extension rate of $222/hr (vs. standard $260/hr)
   

Unused membership sessions do not carry over unless otherwise arranged. Membership is non-transferable.

Ashen Gold services are grounded in clinical training and therapeutic presence. However, they are not a replacement for emergency medical care, psychiatric treatment, or formal diagnosis.

All offerings are intended to complement not replace your broader medical care. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate primary care and using Ashen Gold as a supportive part of their wellness plan.

Ashen Gold is not liable for any injury, delay, or outcome related to your participation in care.
By receiving services, you acknowledge full responsibility for your experience and consent to care within the provider’s licensed scope.
