Meet the Founder

Timur Lokshin, DACM, LAc, LMT

A New York State licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist with a doctorate in Chinese Medicine. Timur brings over a decade of clinical experience and advanced training in craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and orthopedic manual therapies.


He founded Ashen Gold to offer a rare standard of care; personalized, in-home treatment that blends modern clinical insight with classical foundations. 

Grounded in science and shaped by years of integrative practice, his approach respects both the physiology and the person behind it.


Whether supporting physical recovery, navigating high-performance demands, or caring through transitional phases like postpartum or burnout, Timur delivers care with discretion, clarity, and precision.
